Local government officials, non-profit representatives, business developers, community developers or members of a regional planning commission have an opportunity to attend a free training Aug. 16-17 in Jefferson City, offered by the Missouri Department of Economic Development’s Division of Business and Community Services.

Anyone interested in business development, community development and/or redevelopment programs administered by the department should attend.  Participants will learn how development financing tools work in general in the pre-seminar primer, hear from local developers in the general sessions and discover details on incentives available for business and community development, as well as redevelopment.
